Rounds of blustery downpours with the possibility of localized flooding for South Florida beginning late tomorrow, but odds of an organized tropical threat for South Florida lessening
Tampa Bay area which is still considered South Florida is still in play as the GFS has been showing wildly different solutions last few runs. Cannot write off any wind events in this area yet.
