I'd be happy with that but darn I am freezing today down here. Not used to 50s tp 60 anymore. At one time I'd have found those temps quite warm, not so much now. Ah well, the cold front along with the rest will help keep things settled for us.
It is funny that I used to love the cold and originally planned on retiring up near Marquette, MI on Lake Superior and now find 60s too cold. I used to run around most of the winters in a light jacket except when it got subzero. My Michigan friends laugh at me now.
I have lived on each of Florida's coasts and found that the Atlantic was much more uncomfortable. I was in Ft Lauderdale and found it much more humid than here on the Gulf coast but then they get their west breeze off the Everglades, we get the Gulf.
The summer sun he is much more UV intensive than a Michigan or New York one and as I have had skin cancer in the distant past while in Michigan I take precautions down here and avoid the midday sun and often use a sunbrella to reflect the UV and heat away.
Here in PG the summer is yes very hot but the humidity tends only to get high in the last afternoons and through the night after our near daily PM thunderstorms. Michigan 90+ weather always seemed to be humid. I've acclimated enough that I can tolerate the 90+ summer heat but when the humidity goes up I stay in the air conditioning. Up north I used to avoid going out in mid 80s.
