I know this is a tropical discussion, but for me on the Atlantic, coast the probability of any tropical system is now down to about 0. With the budding promise of pacific La Nina, I'm wondering if this heralds an abnormally strong winter storm season. Maybe a polar vortex meeting some trough pulling gulf moisture will deliver a grand snowfall this winter. My fingers are crossed for some deep white fluff.
