Sorry to ask such an elementary question, but what specifically is meant by geographic areas like “north-central and eastern Gulf.” Are these loosely defined geographically or more specific like Central = Pensacola to Pass Christian? East = Pensacola to Tampa? Etc.
It would be fitting if one of those two AOIs did steal the name Hermine, 98L is looking more like an I storm.
