Why am I cheering for a 6% reduction in noaa funding? Doesn't matter, I am. It's better than 27% Bipartisan support for science and weather. I actually have some hope in 2025. I am especially happy with the verbiage about full staffing.
What was the amendment that torpedoed the bill and who introduced it?
GOOD NEWS HERE! But, it still needs to Pass both Chambers. And Trumps OMB guy has no problem ignoring Congressional spending bills when it suits him.
